MANUFACTURING PROCESS OF PALM LEAF DISPOSABLES
As an Areca leaf product manufacturer, we have set our products to fulfill all the international quality standards through our optimized manufacturing process with Hygienic conditions, trained and skilled operational personnel and dedicated quality assurance systems with latest infrastructure.
Our products are manufactured from fallen dry sheaths of Betel nut trees which are abundantly available in the South India region. when areca sheath dried,it will fallnaturally from the tree without cutting and damage to any trees and environment, it is collected from the farms in fresh condition and after that cleaning it with fresh water. then afterit is going to be used for making areca leaf products like areca leaf plates, bowls, and traysby heat pressed using of moulds for various sizes and attractive shapes & designs as per the customer essentiality. After that edge trimming, proper finishing, Buffing process and sterilization process is taken a place and then finally it is ready to consign with shrink wrapof packaging and reach up to you for enjoying healthy food in a plate converted “from fallen leaves to table ware & back to the earth as a manure” again.
There are no chemicals or other additives to be used during the entire manufacturing process of areca leaf products. Hence, it is 100% natural, chemical free, Toxin free, odorless, sturdy and sustainable products and composed within 3 to 4 months.
